Worldwide Networks

Hong Kong has a dynamic hospitality community and we are grateful that its members make time to visit ICI; they join visiting chefs and instructors from our network of global hospitality and culinary institutes, who are also happy to share their insights and experiences with our students.

Equally, our own faculty members, and selected students too, visit our network institutions and bring back ideas that continuously enhance our curricula at ICI. This constant cross-fertilisation fosters innovation – and sparks creativity with our network partners:

Recognised Qualification

The professionalism of our instructors instils in our students an appreciation for the “proper way” to carry out tasks. Incumbent in this approach is the grounding for students to test themselves – and test themselves against others too.

ICI offers introduction and exposure to culinary competitions at a local and international level, including World Skills Competition and the International Young Chef Challenge, to name a few.

All full-time higher diploma, diploma and certificate programmes are accredited by Hong Kong Council of Accreditation for Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) and recognized under the Qualifications Framework of Hong Kong.
