Provide quality and professional programmes in European, Mediterranean, American, Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines; wine; culinary science and international theme park and event management
Supporting students’ successful career development, and provide young people with diversified and progressive pathways to various professional qualifications
Before the ICI is operational in late 2018, programmes are conducted in training facilities of the VTC at Pokfulam, Kowloon Bay and Tin Shui Wai
Strives to maximise students’ exposure to the international food and wine industry through collaboration with local and overseas institutes and renowned organisations located in France, Italy, Germany and Japan
Strives to expand global partnerships in order to diversify exchange programmes as well as support professional recognition and for long-term programme development in international culinary arts, thus sharpening students’ competitive edge in the global market
