  • Provide quality and professional programmes in European, Mediterranean, American, Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines; wine; culinary science and international theme park and event management
  • Supporting students’ successful career development, and provide young people with diversified and progressive pathways to various professional qualifications
  • Before the ICI is operational in late 2018, programmes are conducted in training facilities of the VTC at Pokfulam, Kowloon Bay and Tin Shui Wai
  • Strives to maximise students’ exposure to the international food and wine industry through collaboration with local and overseas institutes and renowned organisations located in France, Italy, Germany and Japan
  • Strives to expand global partnerships in order to diversify exchange programmes as well as support professional recognition and for long-term programme development in international culinary arts, thus sharpening students’ competitive edge in the global market
